Air Masters has been installing and servicing American Auto-Matrix DDC systems since 1983. The Auto-Matrix system works by utilizing various digital control sequences - starts, stops and controls the HVAC equipment according to weather conditions and tenant specified comfort levels. Not only does the EMCS control energy management functions, it also provides diagnostic information based factors relevant on energy consumption like outside air quantities.

Capable of providing complete HVAC design and construction services in both mechanical and temperature control systems, Air Masters is one of the few companies licensed in both contracting and engineering. Currently we control over 200 Auto-Matrix systems "on-line" at our offices, this allows us to provide immediate service to our customers.

Service Existing Equipment
Air Masters provides service on existing equipment ranging from simple trouble-shooting to upgrades and system expansion. Every one of our factory-trained technicians is also a trained mechanic which can repair your mechanical system, as well.

Graphics Displays
Many newer systems can be fitted with a Graphical User Interface (GUI). Air Masters develops its graphics in-house, and customizes it to the client's needs.

Integration
Many facility managers are responsible for systems by multiple vendors. Air Masters has developed in-house expertise in using existing networks to connect automation systems. In some cases, multiple systems can be provided with a single front-end. Systems can also be made accessible over the internet, if necessary.

Training
We offer training for the systems we install. We will send our qualified trainers to the jobsite to work with the personnel. We also invite the trainees to join us at our corporate office where we hold training sessions as well.

Monitoring Air Masters provides several different types of building control system monitoring services. Our 24-hour monitoring service provides you with the assurance that any indication of trouble will prompt the system to dial out an alarm to our on-call personnel. Other service options include day-time alarm monitoring, and telephone support. All of our monitoring options include daily status pages, telephone support, seasonal schedule adjustments, and timely program backups and archiving.
